Sirectifier offers Thyristor discretes, Thyristor-Thyristor modules, Thyristor-Diode modules, Anti-Paralled Thyristor-Thyristor modules (Solid State AC Switch), Single (or Three) Phase Half(or Full) Controlled Bridge modules, Three Phase Half Bridge Thyristor modules for Welding Machines.

Thyristor discretes, Current range from 8A ~ 75A, Voltage range from 200V~ 1800V

Thyrstor Modules, Current range from 18A ~ 800A, Voltage range from 800V ~ 2400V

Thyristor(Diode)-Thyristor(Diode) Modules include Phase leg connection circuit / Common Cathode connetion circuit and Common Anode Connection circiut. Sirectifier also offers Single chip inside the module.

Suffix"B" means with Copper baseplate solder version

Suffix"BT" means with Busbar Terminal and with Pressure Contact Technology version

Suffix"PT" means with Screw Terminal and with Pressure Contact Technology version

Suffix"P" means with Plastic Full-package solder version

Without Suffix means with DCB baseplate solder version.
